3. User Accounts

Buyers must create an account and provide accurate information. Buyers are responsible for:

- Providing valid contact information
- Reviewing supplier information before proceeding
3.2 Suppliers
Suppliers must register their business and provide accurate service capabilities. Suppliers are responsible for:
- Fulfilling orders they accept
- Communicating professionally with buyers
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws
4. Order Processing
BoostForge facilitates order communication but does not guarantee supplier availability, service quality, delivery timelines, or pricing accuracy.
All agreements between buyers and suppliers are made directly between those parties.
5. Messaging & Notifications
BoostForge sends automated transactional SMS messages to buyers and suppliers.
5.1 Buyer Messages
Buyer messages may include:
- Order confirmations
- Supplier assignment notifications
- Status updates
- Connection messages
5.2 Supplier Messages
Supplier messages may include:
- New order alerts
- Buyer requirements
- Delivery instructions
- Status updates
5.3 Opt-Out
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. BoostForge does not store full payment card details.
Buyers agree to pay all fees associated with their orders. Suppliers agree to fulfill orders according to the terms they accept.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Misrepresent identity or business information
- Attempt to bypass platform processes
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Interfere with platform operations
- Use BoostForge for illegal activities
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform features are owned by BoostForge. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
BoostForge is not liable for:
- Supplier performance
- Buyer actions
- Damages resulting from order disputes
- Service delays or failures
- Loss of data or interruptions
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and suppliers must be resolved directly between those parties. BoostForge may assist with communication but is not responsible for outcomes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
